As we hope you love your items, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, we are here to help. RMA will offer exchanges on items for store credit, under the condition that the following circumstances are met: - Returned within 30 days of product delivery - Item must be unworn and in the same condition received - item must be in the original packaging with hang tag attached. Returns take 7 days to be processed.

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

In the case of item deficiencies, please email us within a 15 day window, for full accommodation. Email us at rmaapparelcontact@gmail.com if there are any problems redeeming your store credit or for any other concerns regarding an order.

Please allow a one-week window to have your order packaged and shipped.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed, including a personalized tracking number (featuring shipping method chosen at checkout) .

We offer Express Shipping (1-3 business days) All items will be shipped out by the USPS carrier. A confirmation email will be sent out for all orders including tracking number.
